Prof. Dr. Sornchai Moongthaisong, President of Chiangrai Rajabhat University as the chair at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, the agendas were as follows;

1. The operational plan for 2019-2020.
2. The guideline for Standard English Test of Rajabhat University.
3. The guideline for English Proficiency Development in the 21st Century Project under the Rajabhat University’s Strategy for Local Development Project 2020.
