On August 27, 2019, Department of International Affairs welcomed the 20 delegates of Peers Club Universiti Teknologi Mara Kedah Malaysia (UiTM) at Room 26103, Faculty of Science and Technology with Ms. Napasri Suwanajote, Assistant to the President for International Affairs presiding over the opening ceremony. The programs are as follows
Basic Thai Language
Class by Ms. Sumana Kheannil, Head of
Thai Language Program, Faculty of
Education and 10 students as the
teaching assistants (TA).
Performing Thai traditional dance,
folding lotus petal, paying respect
called “Wai” and Thai folk
plays: catching the last one in the line
called “Riree Khaosan”,
hiding a cloth behind one' s
back called “Mon Son Pha”
and mother snake called “Mae Ngoo
Aey” by 30 students of Business
English Program, Faculty of Humanities
and Social
Sciences.
The activities were well impressed by all delegates from UiTM.
