On December 16, 2019, Ms. Nutchanart Pengsuriya, Acting-Head of Department of International Affairs as the university representative attended “The Second Meeting of Rajabhat University International Strategy Committee for 2019” where Asst. Prof. Dr. Sornchai Moongthaisong, President of Chiangrai Rajabhat University as the chair at Chiangrai Rajabhat University, the agendas were as follows;

2. The mutual curriculum project for the student exchange.
3. The proposal for cooperation between the Rajabhat University Network and the Commission on Higher Education, Republic of the Philippines.
4. The plan of the Lancang-Mekong Regional Education Cooperation Forum 2020 hosted by Rajabhat University Network
5. The guideline for mutual curriculum project for the student exchange
6. The sharing on the teaching situation and the student exchange project.
7. The e-learning and project management guideline for English proficiency development by CEFR standards hosted by IT Edusoft Company.
